🧴 One-Time Purchases

  • All one-time orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return (see our Return Policy).


🔁 Subscriptions (If Offered)

Enjoy savings and convenience with our Subscribe & Save option.

Subscription Terms:

  • Subscriptions are automatically billed on your chosen frequency (e.g., every 30 or 60 days).

  • You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime via your account dashboard.

  • Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.


Order Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, orders are typically already in processing and cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation:

If your order has already shipped, please wait to receive it and follow our return process.


⚠️ Failed or Declined Payments

If a subscription payment fails:

  • We’ll retry up to 3 times within 5 days.

  • After that, the subscription will be paused automatically until payment is updated.
